Will my estate agent use my photos?+
Most agents are happy to use professional photos a seller supplies. Ask yours before booking; we deliver files sized for the main portals so they can be swapped in the day they arrive.
My house is already on the market. How fast can you do it?+
We deliver within two working days of the shoot. Check the booking page for the next available date in your area.
Who owns the photos?+
You and your agent can use them to market the sale, on the portals, in brochures and on social media. We keep the copyright and may show a few in our portfolio, never with your address.
What should I do before you arrive?+
Tidy surfaces, open curtains, turn on every light and move cars off the drive. We send a short checklist when you book, and help style rooms on the day.
