Edited files are usually delivered in 5–7 working days (not guaranteed). Rush delivery gives same-day turnaround on photography and 24-hour turnaround on video, and must be arranged at booking.

You receive a private online proofing gallery to review your images. Full-resolution files unlock as soon as the balance is paid.

Edited files stay available to download for 60 days from payment. Raw files are retained for 6 months from delivery.

Travel within 30 miles of our Pembrokeshire base is included in every package. Any mileage beyond that is calculated and shown in your booking summary.

Interiors can be shot in most conditions. If rain or wind would compromise exteriors or drone work, we'll move the outdoor part of the shoot to the next suitable day at no extra charge.

No — we only fly when it's safe and legal. High winds or heavy rain mean we reschedule the aerials.

Yes. Two rounds of edits are included with every package.

Yes — AI enhancement (virtual staging, decluttering, sky replacement) can be added when you book.

One free revisit is included for missed coverage within the original scope. Additional on-site work is charged at our hourly rate, set out in our booking terms.

A 50% deposit secures your booking. The balance is due on delivery, and files unlock on payment.

One free reschedule is included within 7 days of booking.

Cancellation within 24 hours of the shoot incurs a 50% fee, unless due to weather or extenuating circumstances. Full terms are in our booking terms.
