Booking terms

HeadWest Creative is a trading name of a sole trader based in Wales.

Deposit & payment

A 50% deposit secures your booking. The balance is due on delivery, and files unlock once payment is received.

Rescheduling & cancellation

One free reschedule is included within 7 days of booking. Cancellation within 24 hours of the shoot incurs a 50% fee, unless due to weather or extenuating circumstances.

Revisions & revisits

Two rounds of edits are included. One free revisit is included for missed coverage within the original scope; additional on-site work is £100 per hour (minimum £250), including editing.

Delivery

Edited files are delivered via an online proofing gallery, usually within 5–7 working days (not guaranteed). Rush delivery (£85) gives same-day turnaround on photography and 24-hour turnaround on video, and must be arranged at booking.

File retention

Edited files are available for 60 days from payment. Raw files are retained for 6 months from delivery.

AI enhancement

AI enhancement is £75 per enhancement.

Travel

Travel within 30 miles of our base is included. Beyond that, travel is charged at £0.75 per mile.

Licence

You receive a licence to use the images and film to market the property. Copyright remains with HeadWest Creative.
