HeadWest Creative is a trading name of a sole trader based in Wales. We are the data controller for personal data you share with us through this website.

What we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, phone, company).
• Property address and booking details.
• Basic, anonymised analytics about site usage.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver shoots, take payment and meet legal obligations. Our lawful bases are contract and legitimate interests.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for six years for accounting purposes. Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@headwestcreative.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO.
